Mark Francis Giuliano age 62 of Decatur, GA., passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Mark was most importantly a devout Christian, and he prioritized the Lord in all he did.His greatest honor and proudest accomplishment in life was being the husband to Judy and father of Michael, David and Erin. His love, selflessness, commitment, and dedication to his family were unsurpassed. In his spare time, he most enjoyed being outdoors hiking, biking, or boating preferable with friends and family.In 1988, Mark began his life’s calling as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He worked tirelessly throughout his career in various roles at the Washington D.C. metropolitan field office, the Atlanta field office, and FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. In 2016, he retired as the Deputy Director of the FBI and began his second career at Invesco, LTD in Atlanta. He held several positions at Invesco over the last several years, most recently, Senior Managing Director & Chief Admin Officer. He touched the lives of many friends, family, and coworkers throughout his time here and Mark left everyone around him better than he found them. His team building skills and leadership benefited both family and team mates alike. The world has lost a true hero, his passing has left an enormous void, but we can gain strength in knowing we have an angel in heaven to watch over and protect us. He was so loved by his family and so many others.He was preceded in death by his father, William A. Giuliano; mother, Ruth Ann Giuliano; niece, Carina Ruth Ann Britz; and brothers-in-law Howard H. Ruppert and Joseph M. Britz. Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Judith L. Giuliano; son, Michael Redmond Giuliano, and wife Haley Rose Giuliano; son, David Anthony Giuliano; daughter, Erin Elizabeth Giuliano; siblings, brothers, Paul (Lelia) Giuliano, Greg (Susie) Giuliano, Jeff (Cindy) Giuliano, Bill (Beth) Giuliano and David Giuliano ; sisters, Ann Britz (Manny Estrela), Amy (Steve) Mueller and Mary (Paul) Spenthoff; father and mother in law, Ken and Karen McDonough; brother in law, Jim Wexell and Steve Wexell; sister in law, Joyce McDonough (Dave) Grace and Kristine Ruppert (Michael Connolly); nieces and nephews, Max Giuliano, Dominic Giuliano, Matthew Giuliano, Kristin Giuliano, Kate Giuliano, Jack Giuliano, Nicole Wade (Brett), Luke Giuliano, Madeline Mueller, Aubrey Mueller, London Spenthoff, Emerson Spenthoff, Madison Estrela, Carter Estrela, Samantha Wexell, Caitlyn (Justin) Hensley, Daniel (Lizz) Sauritch, David Grace, Stefan Wexell, Eli Wexell, Ryan Ruppert, Scott Ruppert.The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 11:30 AM at St. John Neuman Catholic Church, Lilburn, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, Snellville, GA.
